Each session is 90 minutes of wood-fired warmth in our mobile sauna. You’ll have access to the sauna and the option for a refreshing Salish Sea plunge—bring water shoes and a towel for the full experience!

If a guest arrives late, the session will start upon arrival but end at the scheduled finish time to honor the group that follows and keep our schedule flowing smoothly for everyone.

Due to the nature of our group cold plunge + sauna sessions, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule if only one person has booked. We encourage bringing a friend to help keep the session running!
